Work With Me
Ways we can do this work together.
There is no single right way in. Some people want a conversation, one to one. Some want a room and a small group. Some want something they can read at their own pace. You will find each of those below.
One to One
Companioning
Companioning is my private practice. One hour with me, on video, at a rhythm we set together. We start with your grief, not the version you tidy up for other people. Then whatever you came for, a question you are circling or no agenda at all beyond an hour that is about this. Before we finish, we make it practical, something you can use this week.
This is paid work. Most people take it in packs of three, six, or ten, and we go through what that costs on the call. If paying in parts would help, say so then.
The first step is a free half hour. We talk about what has happened, as much or as little as you want to say, what the work looks like week to week, and whether I am the right person for it. Nothing to prepare. If I do not think this is the right work for you right now, I will say so, and tell you what I would try instead.
Book the free half hourInvitation to Grieve
A small, guided cohort for people tired of carrying grief alone. We meet it in real time and in the body, in honest conversation with others who understand. Not to fix it. To learn to live with it, together. The next pilot cohort is forming now, and the waitlist is where it begins.
Save me a seatDoors open to the next cohort soon.

On the horizon
I lead retreats now and then: time away to slow down, be in the body, and tend to grief in good company. Nothing is on the calendar this moment, but my letters are where the next one will be announced first.
Hear about the next oneNot sure which one is yours? That is a good enough place to start. Tell me where you are and we will find it together, by email or in the free half hour.
Or start smaller: I write five short letters for the griever you are right now, one a day, free.
Say hello
